Ozone is generated by passing a high-voltage current through oxygen in a controlled chamber, causing ionization that forms ozone (O3). Because ozone is unstable and highly reactive, it efficiently neutralizes harmful substances before naturally breaking down into oxygen, leaving no harmful residues.

Pulsed power technology enhances disinfection by delivering high-voltage pulses that generate powerful electrical discharges.
